ROOTS Teen Center is embarking on the exciting journey of writing our next Strategic Plan—a roadmap to guide our growth, deepen our impact, and ensure we continue to meet the evolving needs of the youth we serve. This process will be collaborative, incorporating voices from our teens, staff, volunteers, and community partners to shape the vision for our future.

In this session, Tamir Novotny (Ahimsa Strategies), and Jessica Sweeney (Executive Director of ROOTS) and fellow ROOTS staff will faciliate a multiple guided activities to help attendees explore what a welcoming community looks like for all young people.

This session is guided by our goals for the Discovery Phase of our Strategic Planning efforts. This phase is meant to gather a wide range of data to understand what is life like for young people in the northern Berkshires, how does the community envision wild success for ROOTS, and who is in ROOTS stakeholder community and what does the ecosystem of organizations and actors impacting young people in the County look like?
