Program Manager

Position Title: Program Manager
Department: Programs
Reports To: Executive Director
Employment Type: Part-Time (15 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible after-school and early evening hours; occasional weekends based on special events schedule.

Position Overview
The Program Manager leads, strengthens, and connects our core youth initiatives. Rooted in Positive Youth Development (PYD) and trauma-informed practices, this role provides supervisory support to the Youth Success Coordinator while directly overseeing our Drop-in Center and growing our youth-driven micro-grant initiative, Seed Dreams.

This position bridges high-level program strategy, volunteer coordination, and direct community building—ensuring a safe, empowering environment where young people can access resources, express their agency, and bring their community project ideas to life.
