Teen Project Coordinator for the Williamstown Youth Accessibility Plan

Hours:  5 hours per week 
Pay Rate:  $15.00 per hour, paid biweekly
Period: July 23rd through October 17th 2025

Job Summary:
ROOTS Teen Center is seeking a highly motivated and community-oriented Teen Project Coordinator for a 10-week position to lead a feasibility study to identify strategies for increasing access and engagement of ROOTS programming to teens living in Williamstown. This role will involve interviewing, surveying, and collecting data from teens and community members living in Williamstown.

Requirements
- Must be a resident of Williamstown, MA
- Must be a teen between the ages of 15-19
- Strong commitment to the empowerment of teens

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct focus groups with teens and community members.
- Design and distribute surveys to gather relevant data.
- Collect and analyze data from surveys and focus groups.
- Create a comprehensive report detailing findings and recommendations.
- Attend Youth Board meetings and report on the progress of the project.
- Attend relevant community meetings and events
